Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth across the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outbound sales.
- Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and demonstrate Leadrat CRM solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships and follow up on leads regularly.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates and client information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, CRM, or real estate technology.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple prospects, and meet sales targets.
- A proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented approach.
