Roles & Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, architects, interior designers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct meetings with prospective and existing clients across Bangalore.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior design solutions.
- Promote premium interior design services, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete home interior solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client records.
- Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in sales.
- Must have experience in the interior designing/interior industry.
- Experience in interior sales, home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes,



or related products is preferred.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in client meetings, site visits, and sales closing.
- Target-oriented and self-driven.
- Comfortable travelling within Bangalore for client meetings and site visits.
- Must be comfortable working on-site at HSR Layout, Bangalore.
