Role Description The Sales Distribution Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, focused on supporting and optimizing the company’s sales and distribution network. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing sales performance data, identifying distribution gaps, and recommending improvements to processes and channel strategies. The role involves consulting with internal stakeholders and external partners to align business processes with customer and market requirements.

The consultant will support implementation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions, ensure accurate and timely data flow,



and coordinate with sales teams to improve order management and fulfillment. This position also requires preparing reports, conducting regular reviews of distribution effectiveness, and contributing to long-term sales growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, measure distribution performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills to evaluate current workflows, design improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders on implementation.
- Candidates should possess Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) knowledge to manage data integration between systems, resolve EDI issues, and support seamless information exchange.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to understand sales cycles, channel requirements, and customer relationship dynamics within an industrial or automotive context.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in mechanical or industrial engineering environments, familiarity with ERP or CRM systems, and strong communication and presentation skills.
