Role Description The Sales Engineer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Bhubaneswar, with a combination of on-site work at the office and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Sales

Engineer will collaborate with customers to understand their technical and business requirements, propose suitable solutions, and support the sales team in closing deals. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering product demonstrations, responding to technical queries, and assisting with solution design and configuration. The role also involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support, maintaining strong customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery.





The Sales

Engineer will document customer interactions, update sales and support records, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and technical materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering skills, including solution design and the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support capabilities to diagnose issues, provide troubleshooting guidance, and liaise with technical teams.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and managing expectations.
- Candidates should possess core Sales skills, such as lead follow-up, chance qualification, and support for negotiation and closing.
- Relevant educational background in engineering, technology, or a related field is beneficial.
