Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales cum Visa Staff member to handle visa-related enquiries, assist customers with visa applications, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries regarding visa services and travel-related requirements.
- Assist customers with visa application procedures, documentation,



and submission processes.
- Explain visa requirements, processing procedures, and service charges to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer records and update application statuses.
- Coordinate with internal teams, embassies, consulates, and relevant service providers as required.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in visa processing or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales and visa services are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of visa procedures and documentation is an advantage.
- Good customer-handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
