We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our interior design sales team, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth execution of sales activities from initial enquiry to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Coordinate with the sales team, interior designers, and project execution team.
- Follow up with prospective clients, prepare quotations, and track sales leads.
- Schedule client meetings, site visits, and design discussions.
- Coordinate with the design team for layouts, drawings, material selections, and revisions.
- Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, quotations, and sales reports.
- Follow up on pending quotations, order confirmations, payments, and project updates.
- Communicate project requirements and timelines to the concerned departments.
- Ensure timely responses to customers and maintain good client relationships.




- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in nterior Design, or a related field.
- Experience in sales coordination, interior design, modular kitchens, furniture, or home interiors is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, email,
- Solid follow-up, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Candidate
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Able to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines.
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, interior materials, and design processes will be an advantage.

Work Location: Peenya, Near Yeshwantpur- Bengaluru Salary: As per experience and company standards.
