Role Description This full-time Sales Associate role is based on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, at Newtown, Kolkata, within a luxury home interior setting.

The Sales

Associate will greet and engage prospective clients, understand their interior design needs, and present suitable design and service offerings.

Responsibilities include conducting showroom walk-throughs, explaining design concepts and packages, preparing basic quotations,



and coordinating with the design team to ensure client requirements are captured accurately. The role involves following up on leads, maintaining client relationships, supporting contract finalization, and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong client-facing and interpersonal skills, including active listening, relationship building, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, present offerings effectively, and close deals in a luxury home interior context.
- Candidates should possess communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to explain design concepts and project details confidently.
- Relevant prior experience in retail, real estate, interiors, or luxury sales is beneficial, along with comfort using digital tools (CRM, email, spreadsheets) for daily work.
- A minimum of a higher secondary or bachelor’s-level education is preferred; weekend and holiday availability, professional appearance, and reliability are expected.
