Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District. The person in this position will engage with prospective learners, explain course offerings, and guide them in selecting programs that match their goals. Daily activities include responding to inquiries, conducting product demonstrations or presentations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in sales tools or CRM systems.

The role also involves meeting enrollment targets, supporting promotional campaigns, collaborating with the marketing team, and providing feedback on learner needs and market trends.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain educational products clearly.
- Basic sales and customer service skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Comfort with digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, presentation software, and online communication platforms.
- Positive organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple inquiries and meet enrollment targets.
- Prior experience in sales, education, or edtech is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Pune District is beneficial.
- Motivation to support learners, interest in entrepreneurship or home-based businesses, and willingness to learn about the company’s course offerings.
