Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi. This position is responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective customers, and converting inquiries into sales for residential and commercial projects. Daily activities include meeting clients, explaining project features and pricing, conducting site visits, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

The specialist will support marketing campaigns, assist in planning promotional activities and events,



and coordinate with the marketing team to implement online and offline strategies. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing basic reports, and providing input to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
