Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel reservations through various channels including phone, email, and online booking systems of all portfolio hotels.
- Respond to all leads within five minutes and convert the lead into a paid reservation.
- Provide accurate information regarding room rates, availability, and hotel services to prospective guests.
- Assist guests with modifications and cancellations of their reservations while adhering to hotel policies.
- Ensure that all reservations are entered accurately into the property management system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions and packages to effectively communicate with guests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
- Minimum of 0-1 year of experience in a customer service or reservations role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Basic understanding of hotel booking systems and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with property management systems or hotel reservation software.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools.
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and events in Goa.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn and adapt to recent software and technology quickly.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer interaction skills.
