Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Research and Development Executive role based in Tarapur. The role involves planning, conducting, and documenting R&D; experiments related to APIs and intermediates, including formulation development, process optimization, and stability studies. The Executive will analyze experimental data, prepare technical reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to support technology transfer and scale-up.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining laboratory records, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and staying current with scientific literature and industry trends. The role may also involve supporting innovation projects,



troubleshooting process issues, and assisting in development of new products aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D;) and Research Development skills, including experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess Food Technology and Food Science knowledge when relevant to excipients, formulations, or process development.
- Candidates should possess Sensory Evaluation skills to assess product attributes where applicable and support quality and performance testing.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, APIs, and drug intermediates, with an understanding of GMP and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related scientific field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work safely and effectively in a laboratory and plant environment.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with basic analytical tools and laboratory equipment; experience with scale-up or technology transfer is beneficial.
