We're expanding our Instrumentation Product Development team and looking for curious, driven fresher engineers to join us. Four openings

Front-End Team (Market & Business)1. Market Research & Current Business Opportunities

Find customer-led opportunities for new functionality in existing products and for new business segments. You'll talk to customers, research industries and competitors, prepare opportunity briefs, and visit customer sites and exhibitions.

2. EMF Market Research & Business Development

Build a focused pipeline of market intelligence and opportunities for our Electromagnetic Flowmeter (EMF) range. You'll map applications and customers, track competitors, analyze enquiries and lost orders, and support sales and proposal teams.

Back-End Team (Core Technical)3. Existing Product Electronics Development

Support electronics redevelopment of existing products (transmitters, EMF, chlorine controllers) so TIPL owns complete designs and depends less on overseas OEMs. You'll review schematics, PCBs, BOMs and firmware, and join design reviews and prototype bring-up.

4. New Product Development





Turn approved market opportunities into new instrumentation products and industrial solutions. You'll write requirements, run feasibility studies, prototype, test, and work with IIoT and industrial communication technologies (Modbus, PROFIBUS, MQTT, OPC UA).

Who can apply

- Roles 1 & 2: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related field. An MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Analytics or Strategy is also welcome (an added advantage for Role 2).
- Roles 3 & 4: B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of instrumentation, sensors and industrial applications
- Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn, work in a team and own your tasks
