Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience in home loans. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, converting leads into business, and ensuring a smooth home loan process.

Key Responsibilities

- Company-provided leads: Work on leads provided by the company to generate home loan business.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their home loan requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.




- Explain suitable home loan products and guide customers through the application process.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and documentation teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans.
- Good communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of home loan products, documentation, and loan processing.
- Ability to convert company-provided leads into business.
- Robust interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
