About the Role

We are hosting our upcoming flagship Educational Awards Function, celebrating excellence and leadership in the schooling sector. As inquiries pour in from prominent School Founders, Directors, and Trustees across the country, we are looking for a polished, mature, and articulate qualified to manage these high-level relationships.

This is NOT a cold-calling or generic tele-sales role. You will be dealing exclusively with warm leads—eminent institutional heads who have actively reached out to us expressing interest in the awards. Your responsibility is to guide them through the validation process, manage their delegate registration, and serve as the dignified, professional face of our organization.

We believe this role is exceptionally well-suited for well-educated professionals (including those looking to return to the workforce or seeking flexible hours) who possess a background in Corporate Sales, Luxury Hospitality, Aviation, VIP Guest Relations, or Corporate Event Management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end communication with School Founders, Directors, and Trustees who have inquired about the awards function.

Conduct highly professional, peer-to-peer telephonic conversations to understand their institutional achievements and facilitate their registration.

Act as the primary coordinator for the Awards Selection Committee, ensuring the dignity and premium positioning of our brand are maintained at all times.

Coordinate required documentation and event RSVPs with absolute precision.

Maintain complete data clarity on our internal system regarding the status of each institutional inquiry.

What We Are Looking For

Maturity & Poise:

Ideally suited for a professional with 5–10+ years of corporate experience who can hold a sophisticated, intellectual conversation with senior academic leaders.

Elite Communication Skills: Absolute fluency in English with a sharp, articulate, and confident conversational style. Ability to adapt naturally based on the speaker's responses without relying on rigid sales scripts.

Background: Previous experience in high-end client-facing roles (e.g., luxury hotels, airline crew, corporate account management, premium event coordination).

Mindset: A relationship-driven approach. We do not believe in aggressive "sales pitching" or begging for sign-ups; we value consultative coordination and brand alignment.

What We Offer

Flexible, professional work window of 4–5 hours per day.

A respectful, fixed monthly retainer / hourly structure (commensurate with corporate experience).

Fully remote work environment with a highly skilled core team.

How to Apply

If you match this profile and are excited about representing a premium educational initiative, please apply directly here.

(Optional Audition Note): To help us fast-track your application, please feel free to attach or message us a short introductory audio clip introducing yourself and your background.
