? Base Location: Delhi myTVS Parts & Accessories is looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive regional sales growth, expand market presence, and strengthen our distributor and retail network across Delhi, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh (UP).
? Experience Required: 5+ years of experience as a Manager in the Automobile Sector
? Base Location: Delhi
? Territory Covered: Delhi, Rajasthan & Uttar Pradesh
? Salary: Attractive package based on experience and expertise
? Eligibility: Only experienced candidates are required.
### ? Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
- Drive primary sales, distribution expansion, and market penetration across the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve regional objectives.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates.
### ✅ Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the automobile industry.
- Strong experience in regional sales and distributor/channel management.
- Good knowledge of Delhi, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh markets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- A result-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
