Studyix runs live exam-practice tests for government exams like SSC CHSL, RRB JE, UKPSC and UPSSSC. They run in real exam conditions, with scholarships for top scorers and spaced revision.
We're looking for our first senior sales hire to build our institute channel from the ground up, working directly with the founder.
What you'll do
- Bring coaching institutes, schools and colleges on board, and turn them into active student batches
- Own student growth for your region: pipeline, closures, activation and retention
- Build our sales playbook: pitch, demos, pricing conversations, onboarding
- Hire and lead a team of 2–3 field executives within 6 months
What we're looking for
- 3–4 years in education or edtech sales, including at least 1 year leading a team or territory
- Live relationships with coaching institute owners, principals or college administrators
- A proven record of hitting targets and building pipeline from zero
- Fluent Hindi and English The role
? Work from home (India), with travel to institutes in your region
? ₹8–10 LPA fixed + up to ₹5 LPA variable (uncapped above target)
? ESOP or regional profit share after 12 months
? Travel and phone reimbursed
? First 90 days: 10 institutes and 1,500 active students
