Role Description The Recruitment Trainee role at TraviYo is a full time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Recruitment

Trainee will support the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. This role involves assisting in conducting initial interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring timely communication with applicants.

Trainee will also help with onboarding activities, support training coordination for new hires,



and contribute to improving recruitment practices through feedback and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting for entry-level and mid-level roles.
- Candidates should possess strong Interviewing and Communication skills to engage effectively with applicants and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training support, including coordinating sessions and assisting with onboarding.
- Candidates should have good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment activities.
- Candidates should be comfortable using basic HR and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems, email).
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with a keen interest in building a career in recruitment.
- Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in an office environment will be beneficial.
