Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Noida. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. Daily responsibilities include building talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.





The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand role requirements, defining selection criteria, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience throughout the process. The Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, participate in recruitment events, and provide regular hiring status updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting structured interviews.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills across teams and levels.
- Ability to work with data, track hiring metrics, and use insights to improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Understanding of talent markets in technology, education, or startup environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a high level of skilled integrity.
