Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Bengaluru North.

The Real Estate

Consultant will guide clients through property buying, selling, and renting processes, including property visits, documentation support, and transaction coordination. The role involves conducting market research, identifying suitable properties, presenting options to clients, and explaining key features and pricing. The consultant will manage client inquiries, negotiate terms with buyers and sellers, and collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and sales activities.

Regular follow-ups, maintaining detailed records of client interactions,



and participating in training sessions to stay updated on market trends are expected.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including local Bengaluru North market trends.
- Proven Sales skills with experience in lead conversion, client relationship management, and achieving targets.
- Effective Negotiation abilities to support fair and successful agreements between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing learning to stay current on regulations, market developments, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients in a professional and inclusive manner.
- Attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and comfort working with digital tools, CRM systems, and property listing platforms.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate consulting is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
