Role Description The Quality Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the company’s facility in Alwar. This role involves monitoring production processes, conducting in-process and final quality checks, and ensuring that corrugated and packaging products meet established standards and customer specifications.

The Quality

Executive will document inspection results, assist in root cause analysis for defects, and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions. The role also includes coordinating with production and dispatch teams, maintaining quality records,



and assisting in internal audits and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Auditing skills to conduct inspections, verify compliance with standards, and support internal audit activities.
- Candidates should possess Quality Management skills to help implement quality systems, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, report findings clearly, and support training on quality procedures.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, packaging, or corrugation industries is preferred, along with familiarity with basic quality tools and safety practices.
- A diploma or degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field is beneficial, and proficiency in using MS Office and basic measurement instruments is desirable.
