Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice support professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and other travel-related requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Adhere to process guidelines, compliance standards, and quality metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for prompt issue resolution.




- Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Voice Process, BPO, Call Center, or Customer Care.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
