As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable backend services and BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) layers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software solutions that support critical business workflows.
Experience & Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Solid experience in Python development, preferably Python 3.10.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and Uvicorn.
- Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
- Strong understanding of data validation, error handling, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience building or maintaining BFF architectures.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across application layers.
- Experience designing and executing unit tests, integration tests, and API tests.
- Knowledge of service-to-service communication patterns.
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
