Role Description The Purchasing Associate is a full-time, in office role based at RITWA in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day purchasing activities, including raising and tracking purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

The Purchasing

Associate will support procurement planning, maintain accurate records of inventory and purchases, and assist in negotiating prices and terms to meet quality and cost objectives. The role involves close collaboration with kitchen,



operations, and finance teams to forecast requirements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure supplies align with RITWA’s standards for quality and sustainability.

The Purchasing

Associate will also help monitor vendor performance and contribute to continuous process improvements in the purchasing function.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong purchasing and procurement skills, including experience managing Purchase Orders and vendor relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track costs, and support inventory and demand forecasting.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of Purchasing processes and basic supply chain principles.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in F&B; or hospitality operations, proficiency with spreadsheet and purchasing software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A diploma or degree in business, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
