Role Description The Public Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that align with client objectives. This role includes crafting press releases and media pitches, managing relationships with journalists and media outlets, and coordinating interviews, briefings, and events.

The Public Relations

Manager will oversee client communication calendars, monitor media coverage, and prepare reports that demonstrate impact and return on investment. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve managing crisis communication efforts,



supporting digital and social media PR initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels. The role requires proactive engagement with clients, providing counsel on communication opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, including experience building and maintaining journalist and influencer networks.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Press Releases and Strategic Communications, with the ability to craft clear, impactful content for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and media.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in crisis communication, reputation management, and campaign planning to support high-impact client initiatives.
- Relevant experience in PR agencies or corporate communications, preferably within fast-growing or early-stage businesses.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Robust understanding of digital media, social platforms, and measurement tools for tracking PR performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
