About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and technology-savvy PRT Hindi Teacher who can nurture students’ language proficiency and foster a love for Hindi through engaging, child-centered, and activity-based learning, adopting a holistic, experiential, and competency-based approach aligned with NEP 2020 to promote critical thinking, creativity, cultural awareness, and the overall development of every learner.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for primary classes.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and comprehension skills.
- Use stories, poems, role-play, games,



and interactive activities to make learning meaningful.
- Prepare teaching-learning materials, worksheets, and digital resources.
- Assess student progress and address individual learning needs.
- Integrate Indian culture, values, and NEP 2020-aligned pedagogical practices into classroom teaching.
- Collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in school activities and events.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi as a subject.
- Recognized D.El.Ed. / B.El.Ed. or another professional teaching qualification as prescribed under applicable CBSE/NCTE norms.
- CTET Paper I / applicable State TET qualification, as required under the relevant rules.
- Master’s Degree in Hindi preferred.
- Relevant teaching experience in a reputed school preferred.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent command of Hindi and valuable English communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and pedagogical skills.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and technology-enabled learning.
- Understanding of child-centered teaching practices and NEP 2020.
