We are seeking a skilled Proofpoint & Abnormal AI Administrator ,Bangalore having 2+ yrs of experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, and maintain Proofpoint Email Protection to safeguard enterprise email environments.
- Manage and configure Abnormal AI for email threat detection, investigation, and response.
- Monitor email security alerts and investigate suspicious emails, phishing attempts, spoofing, and BEC attacks.
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online mail flow, including troubleshooting email delivery issues.
- Analyze email headers, sender authentication, and suspicious URLs or attachments to identify potential threats.
- Investigate email security incidents and implement appropriate remediation measures.
- Configure and maintain email security policies, filtering rules, and protection controls.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to resolve incidents and strengthen email security posture.
- Document investigations, incident findings,



and remediation activities.

Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on administration and configuration experience with Proofpoint Email Protection.
- Hands-on experience with Abnormal AI for email security and threat detection.
- 24 years of relevant experience in email security administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, including mail flow management and troubleshooting.
- Practical experience handling phishing investigations, Business Email Compromise (BEC), email spoofing, and other email-based attacks.
- Good understanding of email security concepts, threat analysis, and incident response.
