Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Manager role based in Indore.

The Project

Manager will oversee pharmaceutical turnkey projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with design, engineering, procurement, logistics, and inspection teams; monitoring project progress; managing risks; and resolving issues to keep projects on track. The role involves preparing and updating project schedules, reviewing technical documentation, aligning stakeholders on project requirements,



and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

The Project

Manager will also liaise with clients, provide regular status reports, and support continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track and follow up on materials, equipment, and vendor deliverables.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage the movement, storage, and delivery of project-related materials and equipment.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, engineering, or industrial projects is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations is an advantage.
