About the Role

Grow 11 is looking for a proactive, organised, and strict Project Manager to coordinate our creative team and ensure all projects are completed efficiently and on time.

The candidate will work closely with the Agency Head, designers, and video editors to manage daily tasks, track progress, coordinate revisions, and ensure timely delivery of creative work, advertising campaigns, and production projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage the daily workflow of graphic designers and video editors.
- Assign tasks based on the content calendar and instructions provided by the Agency Head.
- Set deadlines, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of all assigned work.
- Follow up with team members regularly to maintain productivity and accountability.
- Prioritise urgent tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate revisions and ensure deliverables meet the required standards.
- Identify delays, resolve workflow issues, and report pending tasks to the Agency Head.
- Maintain project trackers, task lists,



and daily progress reports.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination among team members.

- Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in project management, creative operations, advertising, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating designers, video editors, or creative teams is preferred.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Strong follow-up and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritise tasks, and handle multiple projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Google Sheets.
- A proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented approach to work.

We need someone who confident in coordinating team members, and capable of ensuring that tasks are completed without constant supervision. The candidate should be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced advertising and creative production environment.
