The incumbent will be responsible for managing assigned hydro project(s) and driving excellence in project delivery, cost optimization, customer satisfaction, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring adherence to Voith standards for safety, quality, and sustainability. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and effective leadership of cross-functional teams.

- Lead the project(s) as assigned ensuring timely, costeffective, and high-quality delivery of hydro projects. • Develop, execute, monitor, revise project plans based on business requirement and customer expectations. • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project inclusing scope, schedule, risk, cost and resource allocation. • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. • Reviews project deliverables and ensure alignemnt with contractual and technical requirements. • Implements review mechanisim and quality assurance procedures in accordance in line with companies policies and project execution standards. • Prepare and present regular project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project data and trends. • Identify and mitigate project risks and minimize exposure across all project phases. • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, updated, compliant, and properly stored.



• Manage customer communication and maintain robust stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Commercial, and HSE functions to ensure seamless execution and customer alignment.
- Ensure strict compliance with Voith’s Business Management System (BMS), quality frameworks, and regulatory standards.
- Lead project review meetings and drive resolution of technical and commercial issues.
- Coordinate with global teams, customers, consultants, and government authorities as required.
- Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports and manage high-performance teams through effective communication and coordination.
- Any work assigned by management from time to time.

- Exposure to working in an ERP or SAP environment. • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems. • Demonstrate experience in leading the role. • Working experience on Primavera (P6)

BE in Mechanical • 8~15 years of experience in similar role in hydro/Power/EPC/heavy Engineering sector. • Proven experience in execution of large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects. • Certificate in Project Management (Desirable) • Good knowledge of Contract Management
