Based in Hyderabad, India, ERF delivers cost-effective GLP-compliant data aligned with international regulatory standards, including OECD GLP, ISO, AAALAC, and USFDA GLP (21 CFR Part 58). The organization specializes in toxicology, pharmacology, biocompatibility/biological reactivity, and pharmacopoeia testing for pharmaceutical, biotech, agrochemical, and specialty chemical industries.

ERF operates a 25,000 sq. ft. facility with integrated laboratories that support preclinical safety and efficacy studies and encourage in office sponsor engagement. Expert scientists design in-vitro and in-vivo studies aimed at reducing development time, lowering costs, and increasing the success of research programs.

Role Description The Project Management Executive will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of preclinical research projects to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and resources, and maintaining clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The position includes regular communication with sponsors, preparing project status reports and presentations,



and proactively addressing risks and issues.

The Project Management

Executive will also support process improvements, contribute to proposal development, and assist in aligning project activities with ERF’s operational and quality objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams and external sponsors.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to interpret data, assess project performance, and support strategic decisions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and delivering Presentations to communicate project updates, outcomes, and recommendations.
- Experience in project management within preclinical research, CRO, pharmaceutical, or related scientific environments is highly beneficial.
- Working knowledge of GLP and relevant regulatory guidelines, along with basic understanding of toxicology or pharmacology, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, or a related field; formal training or certification in project management is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, quality-focused setting.
