Role Description The Production Shift Incharge (Fabric Dyeing) is a full-time, on-site role based at the Dindigul facility. The position is responsible for overseeing fabric dyeing operations during assigned shifts, including monitoring dyeing machines, checking dye baths and process parameters, and ensuring that production targets are met. The role involves coordinating with supervisors and operators, planning shift activities, allocating manpower, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.

The Production Shift

Incharge will track production data, troubleshoot process or equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement in dyeing efficiency and fabric quality.



The role also requires clear communication with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of fabric dyeing processes, dyeing machinery operations, and basic textile technology.
- Candidates should possess skills in production planning, shift coordination, and monitoring of process parameters and throughput.
- Candidates should possess abilities in quality control, inspection of dyed fabrics, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in workplace safety awareness, incident reporting, and maintaining a clean and organized production area.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to guide operators and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in fabric dyeing or textile production is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on rotating shifts, handle pressure during peak production periods, and use basic computer systems for reporting and documentation.
