? Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities and manpower on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Manage shop-floor operations, machine utilisation, workflow, and manpower allocation.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, Stores, and Maintenance departments.
- Monitor production processes and resolve day-to-day shop-floor issues.
- Ensure proper safety practices, discipline, and housekeeping on the shop floor.
- Monitor productivity and ensure efficient utilisation of machines, manpower, and materials.

? Required Skills & Knowledge





- Strong knowledge of SPM Machines, Power Packs, Fabrication, and Hydraulic Systems.
- Good understanding of production processes, machine operations, and manpower handling.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Practical knowledge of Hydraulic Systems will be an added advantage.
- Solid communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing/engineering production environment.
