Experience/profile required

- 7+ yrs of strong hands-on Product Owner, Business Analyst or Data Solution Specialist experience in enterprise data programmes.
- Demonstrable data-mart / data-warehouse delivery experience and ability to work across source-to-target mapping, business rules, data models and reporting requirements.
- Strong commercial insurance data knowledge is highly desirable, particularly policy, product, underwriting and financial dimensions. Reinsurance experience would be advantageous for relevant workstreams.
- Comfortable working across business, Market IT, architecture, data modelling, engineering and BI teams.
- Able to challenge requirements, structure ambiguity, drive decisions and obtain stakeholder sign-off rather than acting solely as a requirements coordinator.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across regional and market teams.
- Robust problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making
