Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Sales Associate (SAAS) role based in Jaipur.

The Product Sales

Associate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and presenting SAAS solutions that address client event management needs. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, following up on opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in coordination with the sales leadership team. The associate will collaborate closely with marketing, product,



and customer success teams to align client requirements with platform capabilities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Daily activities also involve maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking sales performance metrics, and providing feedback on product features and market trends. The role requires proactive engagement with prospects and clients, both in-person and via digital channels.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, prospecting, and opportunity qualification.
- Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, consultative selling, and delivering clear product presentations or demos.
- Familiarity with SAAS products, event technology, or B2B software solutions, with the capacity to translate complex features into practical client benefits.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and pipeline management to meet or exceed targets.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and engage professionally with external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a sales-focused role.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in event services, SAAS sales, or tech-enabled solutions is an advantage.
