- Manage daily production operations and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Plan manpower, allocate resources, and monitor production efficiency.
- Ensure product quality, workplace safety, and adherence to production SOPs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and HR teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor worker performance, minimize wastage, and improve productivity.
- Maintain production records and reports using ERP systems and computer applications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in the textile or garment manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP platforms is an added advantage.
- Valuable computer skills, reporting, and data management abilities.
- Strong team management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
