Stratzy is an algorithmic investing and trading platform that makes rule-based, system-driven trading accessible to everyday investors. The platform offers 100+ ready-made, approved algorithmic strategies across equities, indices, F&O;, and commodities, letting users pick and deploy structured strategies instead of having to build and monitor trades themselves.

We are looking for a curious, proactive and ownership-driven Product Intern to join the Stratzy Product team. This is an opportunity to work on real product challenges, contribute ideas, collaborate directly with the leadership team and help build features that solve actual user problems. You will gain hands-on experience in product management, user research, data analysis and product development.

This is a 3 to 6 month internship, with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) chance for high performers, based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of product features, improvements and experiments, from ideation to launch.
- Understand user needs and pain points, identify opportunities and suggest solutions to improve the product experience.
- Work closely with the leadership team to understand business priorities, share ideas and contribute to product decisions.
- Translate ideas and business problems into clear product requirements, user journeys and actionable tasks.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing and customer support teams to bring product ideas to life.
- Analyse user behaviour, product data and customer feedback to identify opportunities and measure the impact of product improvements.
- Research competitors, market trends and emerging developments in fintech, investing and algorithmic trading.
- Interact with users, understand their experiences and bring actionable insights to the product roadmap.
- Track feature performance after launch and recommend improvements based on user feedback and data.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline. Engineering, Business, Finance,



Economics or related backgrounds are welcome, but not mandatory.
- Strong curiosity about digital products, technology, user behaviour and how businesses solve customer problems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically and break down complex problems into simpler solutions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to share ideas and collaborate with different teams.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with numbers, analysing information and using data to support decisions.
- An interest in finance, stock markets, investing, trading or fintech is an advantage; prior knowledge of algorithmic trading is not mandatory.
- Prior internships, college projects, personal projects, product case studies or startup experience are welcome, but not essential.
