Role Description The Presales Executive for Public Speaking - Work From Home role is a remote, contract position focused on engaging prospective learners and clients interested in public speaking programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting introductory calls, and presenting program offerings in a clear and compelling manner. The role involves coordinating with training and operations teams, responding to inquiries, and guiding prospective customers through the presales process.

Executive will maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, follow up with leads, and contribute feedback to improve sales scripts and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects and convert interest into enrollments or opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with learners, parents, and institutional stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess experience with RFP processes and proposal support to help prepare and coordinate responses for institutional or corporate clients.
- Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, managing their schedule, and using digital tools such as CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, and productivity software.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in education, training, public speaking, or edtech presales, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, education, or a related field is preferred.
