Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Manager – Optical Networking to drive technical solutioning and customer engagement across Telecom Operators, Data Centres and Hyperscalers.

Key Responsibilities





- Design and position optical transport solutions for customer requirements and network expansion.
- Engage with customer technology and engineering teams to develop opportunities and deliver technical presentations.
- Lead solution architecture, technical proposals, BOM/BoQ preparation, and RFP/RFQ and tender responses.
- Coordinate with sales, product management and global engineering teams to develop competitive solutions.
- Support technical evaluations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and customer negotiations.

What We’re Looking For

- Solid knowledge of DWDM, OTN, ROADM, coherent optics and optical transport networks.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, solution design and tender management.
- Established relationships with Indian telecom operators and exposure to Data Centres or Hyperscalers.
- Excellent customer engagement, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Wireless domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
