Role Description The Plumber – Home & Apartment Maintenance role is a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad. The plumber will handle day-to-day plumbing tasks such as diagnosing and repairing leaks, installing and maintaining pipes, taps, flush systems, and drainage lines, and performing preventive checks in residential units and common areas.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, conducting routine inspections, coordinating with the service team to complete work orders, and documenting completed jobs.



The role involves ensuring work is performed safely, using appropriate tools and materials, and adhering to company standards and local regulations. The plumber will interact with residents, apartment association representatives, and internal coordinators to provide transparent updates on issues, repair timelines, and material requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Plumbing and Pipe installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance of residential and common-area plumbing systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with residents and apartment association representatives.
- Practical experience in residential or apartment plumbing work, including leak detection, drainage repairs, and fixture installation.
- Knowledge of safety practices, relevant local plumbing standards, and proper use of tools and materials.
- Ability to read basic technical instructions or diagrams and maintain simple service records.
- Willingness to work on-site across multiple buildings in Hyderabad and manage time efficiently.
- Relevant vocational training, certification, or apprenticeship in plumbing or a related trade is preferred.
