We are looking for a clinically strong and detail-oriented Physiotherapist who can contribute to clinical strategy, product development, exercise content, and service delivery standards.

Role Overview The In-House Physiotherapist will serve as a clinical subject matter expert, translating practical physiotherapy knowledge into structured assessment frameworks, therapeutic exercise programmes, ergonomic recommendations, and standardised service protocols.

The role involves working closely with product, R&D;, retail, and other cross-functional teams to develop clinically sound and customer-centric solutions under Frido Care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Assessment & Physiotherapy Expertise

- Conduct and review musculoskeletal assessments, posture evaluations, and functional movement assessments.
- Apply strong clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Provide clinical inputs for ergonomic assessments, particularly for desk workers experiencing neck pain, lower-back pain, and posture-related discomfort.
- Establish appropriate assessment, documentation, and referral guidelines.

2. Exercise Programme Development

- Develop, review,



and validate therapeutic exercise programmes for different musculoskeletal conditions.
- Define exercise instructions, progression and regression criteria, precautions, and contraindications.
- Build and maintain a structured exercise repository with clear instructions and clinical rationale.
- Ensure exercise recommendations are safe, practical, and suitable for the intended customer or patient population.

3. Protocol & Content Development

- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for physiotherapy consultations, store-based assessments, and home-visit services.
- Develop step-by-step assessment frameworks, exercise protocols, and clinical documentation guidelines.
- Review and validate clinical content for digital platforms, customer education, and service offerings.
- Translate complex clinical concepts into easy, actionable instructions for non-clinical teams and customers.

4. Product & Strategy Collaboration

- Collaborate with Product, R&D;, Retail, and leadership teams to provide clinical insights for product and service development.
- Support the development and improvement of ergonomic assessment tools and customer experience journeys.




- Provide evidence-informed recommendations to improve product usability, customer education, and clinical outcomes.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions and present clinical recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

5. Training & Quality Assurance

- Train and onboard physiotherapists joining the Frido Care team.
- Establish clinical quality standards and ensure consistency in assessments and recommendations.
- Review service delivery practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development of scalable clinical processes as the business expands.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognised institution.
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in physiotherapy.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, posture correction, pain management, and rehabilitation.
- Hands-on experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic exercise prescription.
- Experience treating or consulting with a substantial patient base, ideally 500–1,000 patients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare structured clinical protocols and explain clinical reasoning to non-clinical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and contributing to new initiatives.
