Role Description The PHE BIM Modeler is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The role involves developing and updating BIM models focused on Public Health Engineering (PHE) and related building services, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting construction drawings, coordinating with architectural and MEP teams, and maintaining model integrity and documentation.

The PHE BIM Modeler will collaborate closely with design engineers, participate in design reviews, and prepare detailed layouts and schedules as required.



The position also requires adherence to company standards, project timelines, and quality control processes.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience as a BIM Modeler in building services or infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of Architecture and related design principles to coordinate PHE models with architectural layouts and building plans.
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, particularly Public Health Engineering aspects such as water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop detailed Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, and schematics for PHE and MEP services.
- Relevant technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; certification in BIM or Revit is an advantage.

- Attention to detail, robust problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in an on-site environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow international standards and company policies for documentation and model management.
