We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented performance marketing intern to support lead generation and sales for our roster of artists. The primary responsibility is to connect with incoming leads generated through performance marketing campaigns, qualify them, and efficiently pass relevant leads to the appropriate sales team member.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Understand the requirements of each lead and identify genuine, relevant, and qualified leads.
- Pass valid and relevant leads to the appropriate sales team member for further follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, lead status, requirements, responses, and follow-up comments.
- Ensure every lead is properly updated with clear and actionable remarks.
- Track lead quality and identify patterns across campaigns.
- Help identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are handed over promptly.




- Maintain a transparent database of lead outcomes to support campaign optimisation and reporting.
