We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes Google Ads, Meta Ads, audience strategy, and data-driven optimization. If dashboards excite you more than guesswork and ROAS is your love language—this role is built for you.

What You’ll Be Doing (And Why It Matters)

You won’t just “manage campaigns.” You’ll own performance.

- Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) campaigns
- Build high-converting funnels using search, display, shopping, and paid social

• Analyze data deeply to optimize CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

• Set up and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixels, and events

• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages

- Perform audience research, segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike scaling

• Optimize bids, budgets, and campaign structures for maximum efficiency

• Create performance reports with clear insights—not just numbers

• Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and CRO teams to improve results end-to-end

What We’re Looking For

You’re analytical, curious,



and obsessed with improvement.

- 2–8 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads

• Robust expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization

• Solid understanding of GTM, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking

• Experience scaling budgets while maintaining efficiency

• Ability to turn data into clear action steps

• Google Ads Certification / Meta Blueprint Certification (bonus, not mandatory)

• Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or high-intent funnels is a plus
