About the RoleWe are looking for a D2C Growth Strategist & Client Success Manager who can combine performance marketing expertise with client consulting and relationship management.

You will work directly with our clients, understand their business challenges, guide them on growth strategies, and help them implement the right solutions to scale their brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and guide clients throughout our consulting program.
- Conduct client calls and Zoom meetings to review progress and provide strategic guidance.
- Audit Meta Ads campaigns and recommend performance improvements.
- Analyze Shopify stores and identify conversion optimization opportunities.
- Review ad creatives, hooks, ad copy, and emerging D2C advertising trends.
- Troubleshoot Meta Pixel, conversion tracking,



and campaign performance issues.
- Track client progress, coordinate with the team, and ensure timely implementation.

Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in D2C / e-commerce performance marketing.
- Proven experience scaling D2C brand sales, ideally achieving 3x growth.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Shopify, Meta Pixel, and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing substantial Meta Ads budgets; ₹10 lakh+/ month in ad spend is preferred.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, with confidence in client calls and Zoom meetings.
- A proactive, analytical, and client-focused mindset.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
- Additional performance-based incentives.
