You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

- Execute employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes and terminations.
- Maintain employee master data and organizational information in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors & ADP.
- Prepare standard PO documentation and employee records.
- Process employee requests received through the global ticketing platform.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.




- Collaborate with regional PO teams to resolve administrative requests.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

This is what you bring to us:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in PO Administration or a Shared Services environment.
- Experience working with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and/or ADP.
- Very solid English communication skills (written and spoken) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-focused, cooperative and process-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and data quality.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to adapt working hours to the US time zone.
