People Advisory Specialist / HR Generalist

About The Role

We are seeking a People Advisory Specialist/HR Generalist to join our team in Indore. In this client-facing role, you will combine hands-on HR generalist operations and payroll coordination with strategic HR advisory for assigned client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
- Coordinate end-to-end monthly payroll (attendance, leave, revisions, arrears, reimbursements, and disbursements).
- Manage payroll-related statutory compliances including EPF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, TDS, and return filings.

- Client Advisory & Engagement: Serve as the primary HR partner for clients, delivering data-backed HR advice aligned with business goals.
- HR Generalist Operations:



Oversee the complete employee lifecycle—from onboarding and performance management to offboarding and SLA adherence.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow gaps, standardize HR processes, and resolve client queries promptly.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years in HR Generalist, HR Advisory, or Payroll Operations roles.
- Technical Expertise: Practical knowledge of payroll components, salary structures, statutory compliance (EPF/ESIC/PT/TDS), and high proficiency in Excel & HRMS/Payroll tools.
- Skills: Excellent client communication, strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage hands-on operations alongside advisory tasks.
