Job Summary

Klene Paks Limited is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Payroll Executive with strong hands-on experience in Saral Payroll Software. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, salary calculations, and payroll reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Processing

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing using Saral Payroll Software.
- Calculate salaries, earnings, deductions, overtime, incentives, and loss of pay (LOP).
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Manage employee salary structures, CTC calculations, and payroll revisions.
- Handle full and final settlements for exiting employees.

2. Saral Software Management

- Maintain employee master data and salary structures in Saral Software.
- Process monthly payroll and generate salary slips and payroll reports.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll inputs before processing.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

3. Statutory Compliance

- Manage monthly PF and ESI calculations and related compliance activities.
- Handle Professional Tax (PT), TDS, and other applicable payroll deductions.
- Coordinate statutory payments, returns, and documentation within applicable deadlines.




- Maintain payroll-related statutory records and support audits.
- Stay updated on applicable labour laws and payroll compliance requirements.

4. Attendance & Employee Records

- Coordinate with HR and Administration for attendance and leave data.
- Verify new joiner details, employee changes, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll documentation.
- Prepare monthly payroll MIS and reconciliation reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Saral Payroll Software.
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing.
- Practical knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and applicable statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, payroll reconciliation, and MIS reporting.
- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee salary information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Joining Details

- Salary Package: Up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
- Experience: 3–5 years.
- Location: Arekere, Bangalore.
- Joining Requirement: Immediate joiners only.
- Software: Saral Payroll Software experience is compulsory.
