Role Description The Paid Ads Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. In this role, the team member will plan, set up, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media channels, and other digital networks. Daily responsibilities include conducting keyword and audience research, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets to improve results.

The role also involves collaborating with design, content, and account management teams to align ad strategies with client goals, preparing performance reports,



and staying updated on trends and best practices in paid media.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in paid advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, basic analytics tools).
- Ability to conduct and interpret keyword, audience, and competitive research to inform campaign strategy.
- Competence in data analysis, performance reporting, and using metrics to make optimization decisions.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including conversion funnels, landing pages, and A/B testing.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented approach, with solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a similar paid media or digital marketing role is preferred; agency experience is an advantage.
