Role Description The Owner role at Cendance Systems Inc is a full-time, on-site position based in Meerut. The Owner is responsible for setting the overall business strategy, defining CRM service offerings, and overseeing key client engagements. Daily activities include managing operations, guiding Salesforce and HubSpot solution design, monitoring project delivery, and ensuring high-quality service standards.

The role involves leading and mentoring team members, managing budgets and financial performance,



and identifying new business opportunities and partnerships. The Owner also represents the company in client meetings, industry events, and vendor discussions to strengthen the firm’s market position.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot, including customization, integration, and optimization.
- Experience in business strategy, operations management, and decision-making within a technology or consulting setting.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and build collaborative relationships with clients and partners.
- Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes, with the ability to align CRM solutions to business objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Background in IT, business, or a related field; prior entrepreneurial or leadership experience is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Meerut and engaging directly with clients and team members.
