Role Description The Operations Intern role at ExtraPe is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The intern will support daily operational activities, including coordinating with internal teams, tracking ongoing tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of processes related to deal sharing and affiliate operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring platform performance, assisting in resolving operational issues, updating documentation, and supporting basic reporting on key metrics. The intern will also help streamline workflows,



assist in small projects to improve efficiency, and contribute to cross-functional communication between operations, sales, and support teams.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, monitoring performance, and identifying operational improvements.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams, documenting processes, and providing transparent updates.
- Interest or experience in sales and customer interaction to support partner and user-related operational tasks.
- Foundational knowledge of operations management and project management to assist in planning and executing initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
